Have a Booth at Pride in the Park
The Pride in the Park event is Saturday, September 21st from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at Millennium Park in downtown Peterborough (west end of King Street). In addition to entertainment, food, and games, we make room at the park for booths with information of interest to the LGBT community. We also welcome some booths with merchandise that is of interest to the LGBT community or highlighting local LGBT owned businesses.
• Booth spaces are approximately 10’ × 10’ in size (~100 sq ft).
• No electrical outlets, tables, chairs or canopies will be provided.
• Participants may provide their own canopy for their space.
• Booths should be set up between 12 noon and 2:00 pm
(check-in at the Pride Information Booth upon arrival).
• All booths must be removed by 6:30 pm.
The booth fee is $25 for an Information booth or $75 for a Vendor booth. “Vendors” are defined as those participants who anticipate direct or indirect financial gains through their participation in this event. Payment arrangements will be provided to accepted applicants. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
All messaging must be inclusive of our diverse communities. No incitement of hatred or discrimination will be condoned. All participants must operate consistent with the Peterborough Pride “Mission and Values” statements which can be reviewed HERE
